Therapeutic
Swedish
During a Swedish massage your therapist will use light to firm pressure. This massage involves kneading the muscles as well long, rhythmic strokes on the body. It helps to relieve tension and loosen your muscles.
Deep Tissue
During a deep tissue massage your therapist will use slow strokes with direct pressure or friction movements that go across muscle grain. This technique helps to relieve chronic muscle tension and is especially helpful for stiff necks, lower back tightness, and sore shoulders. Deep tissue massage targets pain and tension that is deep below the skin’s surface.
Hot Stone
Lymphatic Drainage
Pregnancy
This is a mild pressure massage, similar to the Swedish massage focusing on the lower back, hips, and legs. Prenatal massages are only performed after the first trimester and safely reduce pregnancy induced aches and pains, decrease stress, and ease muscle tension.

Massage therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine used to prevent and alleviate symptoms and to promote relaxation, healing and an aura of health and happiness. There are many different types of massage therapy, but all involve hands-on pressing, rubbing, and kneading the soft tissues. Our massage therapists primarily manipulate the patient with trained hands and fingers, but may also, at times, make use of the forearms, elbows, or even the feet during treatment.
Massage therapy is considered safe, simple, and effective for most patients, offering many benefits and very minimal risks.
