Madison King is the Aesthetic Practice Operations Manager at Serenity MedAesthetics. She played an integral role in helping open the practice in 2019, beginning as the Front Office Administrator and helping build the foundation of the patient experience and day-to-day operations through 2023. During her time at Serenity, Madison developed a passion for the aesthetic industry through extensive product education, hands-on training, and learning the latest innovations in aesthetics and wellness.
After expanding her professional career in the corporate world in Human Resources, payroll, compliance, and operations management, Madison returned to Serenity with a strengthened leadership background and a renewed passion for the industry. Her experience in HR and business operations has allowed her to bring a fresh perspective to team development, operational excellence, and patient-centered care as Serenity continues to grow.
Madison holds certifications in Micro HR: Labor Relations and Employee Compensation and is also a certified ZO Skin Health Specialist and Expert. She is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both clients and staff while helping implement innovative treatments and operational systems that elevate the practice. As a leader, Madison is deeply committed to fostering a positive and driven team culture while ensuring every client feels welcomed, confident, and cared for from the moment they walk through the doors. Her love for skincare, wellness, and aesthetics continues to fuel her passion for helping everyone look and feel their best.
Outside of the office, Madison is a wife and proud mom. A Lafayette native, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, reading a good book, and staying involved in the local community through volunteer work with nonprofit organizations. Her family, friends, and coworkers know her as someone who brings both heart and dedication into everything she does.
